Olga has been with the LifeCare family for 8 years and all these years has demonstrated professionalism and accountability. Olga has always showed a high level of dedication; doing a great job. I observed Olga supporting patients and families during very difficult days. She spent extra time with them and used therapeutic communication techniques and gentle touch to convey her caring and empathy.
Throughout the years, Olga has developed and maintained constructive and cooperative working relationship with physicians, nurses, and other staff. She communicates necessary and important information to physicians, supervisors, patients and co-workers.
Her ability to educate the patient is a strength of hers. She provides education that matches Patient/Caregiver skill and ability to understand. She does this while ensuring that they are able to do everything within their ability to care for themselves safely. It’s truly been a pleasure to see Olga progress in this company and grow as we’ve grown.
